List of HEALTH and DISABILITY-RELATED Mailing List
Updated: December 1995
*****************************************************
This is a list of mailing lists that are disability and/or health
related. See the codes for how to subscribe. This is a working list. We
have tried to ensure that it is accurate. However, mailings lists are
frequently change. Some lists are discontinued or acquire new addresses.
There are also new lists being created weekly. If you have a problem with
any resource on this list, or would like the latest version of the list,
please e-mail either of the individuals noted at the end of this document.
Please note that the addresses with the .bitnet extension are only available
through that address if you are on a bitnet. If you are not on a bitnet, you
might try using a bitnet gateway. One that has been recommended is at CUNY.
If you have a bitnet name@address, convert it to
name%address.bitnet@cunyvm.cuny.edu and it should get through.
Where both the Bitnet and Internet address are provided, the Internet address
have been listed because it is more universally accepted.
We would be happy to list any additional appropriate lists. Please contact
either of us with list information.
To subscribe to any of these lists, send an e-mail message to the LIST
address. Leave the subject line blank, see the protocol listed under
Subscription code. For example, if John Doe wanted to subscribe to the
ADA-LAW list, he would send and e-mail message to: listserv@vm1.nodak.edu.
In the text he would type exactly: subscribe ADA-LAW John Doe
